Alex is one of the founding partners of Greenarrow Consulting LLC and serves as the CEO. With over 13 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Asset Management, he has advised various economic groups and shareholders across sectors like water & sewage, retail, energy, and real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Economics from the University of North Alabama and a Lato Sensu Post-Graduation in Finance from INSPER, São Paulo, Brazil.

Carolina is the co-founder and Director of Greenarrow Consulting LLC, with over 11 years of experience in FP&A, Consulting, Corporate Finance, and Valuation. She has developed specialized skills in creating budgeting tools and financial models that aid clients in critical management decisions. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from INSPER, São Paulo, Brazil.
